Welcome to The Canadian Marfan Association’s totally new website!

The CMA’s new website is now more user friendly and includes more current information about Marfan syndrome and related connective tissue disorders, the Association and our resources. There are many new features including a new products page where you have the ability to purchase items online. An adjustable text sizing feature for those with eyesight issues and information on Marfan clinics.
